I'm a bullet list type of gal, so let's do this.

  • I'm a licensed OCD/anxiety therapist and have been working with the OCD/anxiety population for 10 years. I started my work at Johns Hopkins and am currently a residential level behavioral specialist for people with some of the most debilitating OCD and anxiety in the world. I've also contributed to several peer-reviewed articles on OCD/anxiety, been featured on children's blogs and websites for my perspective on obsessive-compulsive behaviors in children, presented at numerous national conferences, and helped to create an intervention for the family members of those who hoard.  Too long didn't read version: I'm a nerd for OCD and anxiety, especially the treatment for it (Exposure and Response Prevention) and I can help you do all the hard things.

  • I'm a certified personal trainer and am super passionate about working out for the fun of it vs. aesthetic purposes.

  • I'm a bonafide Spirit Junkie (love Gabby Bernstein), so you'll definitely be seeing some of this in my work.

  • I have a 2.5 year old named Eli and run a local moms group in person and online, which now has almost 2,000 members.  I feel strongly about motherhood issues including postpartum anxiety and depression.

  • On the Enneagram (which I LOVE), I'm a Type 8 Wing 7. Advocate, big dreamer, direct.

  • I love The Office, Burn Boot Camp, anything that's mentally or physically challenging, reading (usually 2-3 books a week) and learning new things.

  • I'm STOKED to have you here and cannot wait to get more resources up for you all!
